About the Role

Our Café team are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Part-time Team Leader tat can focus on the evenings at Cornerstone Cafe. This position requires someone who is passionate about our Club and will strive to deliver Exceptional Customer Service to our patrons.

Reporting to the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for the running of the Cornerstone Café. Your primary role will be supervising staff and ensuring they meet Bankstown Sports exceptional customer service standards at all times.

The role:
We are looking for an individual who is able to lead the team and maintain the highest level of customer service. The role also requires a leader who is able to:

- Develop team members to deliver customer service excellence
- Manage the team and delegate tasks during peak trade periods
- Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction
- Resolve member and guest complaints
- Supervision of assigned staff including; training, coaching and performance feedback
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Provide up to date information to our members and guests on all Club services

Essential Criteria:

- Must have RSA and RCG qualifications or willing to obtain
- Commitment to a 24-hour rotating roster across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Rights to work in Australia
