We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Account Manager on behalf of our client. This exciting opportunity allows you to play a vital role in connecting our client with their target audience through various engaging channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance our client's brand presence and increase audience engagement.
- Manage and nurture client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and building strong relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage exciting opportunities for client account growth and success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the client's account remains competitive and impactful.
- Analyze data and insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Actively monitor and respond to client inquiries, requests, and feedback to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Regularly communicate account progress, results, and opportunities to the client, fostering transparency and trust.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4 years experience in managing client accounts and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative solutions for clients.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, digital platforms, and industry best practices.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can effectively contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
