**We’re on the hunt for a Store Manager** to join our thriving team and help drive continued success at one of Sydney’s most respected pawn shop brands.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Overseeing daily store operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cash handling
- Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong community relationships
- Evaluating and appraising items including electronics, jewelry, tools, and more
- Leading by example to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Training, mentoring, and motivating your team
- Ensuring store presentation and compliance with company policies

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in retail management or similar leadership role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to assess value and quality of pre-owned items (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Trustworthy, organized, and able to handle responsibility
- Previous pawn shop or second-hand retail experience is a plus, but not essential
