About the Role

We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Estimator who is ready to take the next step in their career — working across both our Campsie and Alexandria locations, with an optional pathway to transition into a Site Management role at our Alexandria facility.

Whether you're looking to excel in estimating or progress into leadership, we'll tailor the role to your strengths and ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates for luxury vehicles
  • Negotiate optimal outcomes for vehicle assessments
  • Oversee repair workflows and liaise with production teams to ensure efficiency and quality

  • Manage parts ordering and supplier relationships

  • (Optional) Assist with team coordination and site operations as part of your professional growth

  • Review and processing files for invoicing

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as an Automotive Estimator (prestige or luxury brand experience highly regarded)
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of modern repair methods
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across two sites

· Experience with systems such as iBodyshop, Audanet, Estimage, ORM, or LTAR will be highly regarded.
