**About Our Client**:
Our client is a key leader in Australia's environmental sector, specialising in recyclable services. Providing services both locally and overseas, a customer service administrative position has opened in their exporting/transport field. With supportive training and an encouraging team, this is a great entry-level role for someone who wants to grow in their environmental career.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Organising scheduling and processing of information
- Basic data entry and data management via Microsoft Excel and software platforms
- Generating reports to management
- Building long term relationships with clients and customers, using excellent communication skills
- General ad-hoc requests as required by the customer service and administration team

**The Successful Applicant**:
Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential for this role.
