You’ll support the Talent Team, and the broader People, Culture and Performance (PC&P) team at Junior Adventures Group. You’ll be getting our people off to a flying start by coordinating the onboarding of new team members just joining the JAG family, and our current team members who are changing roles. You’ll be keeping the processes organised and efficient to give all our team members a fun and easy experience. You’ll be busy relationship building to keep our people up to date with information and requirements, which makes them very happy.
A day of play
« Generate and issue contracts for our excited new team members
« Manage the onboarding experience for new team members, making it as fun and as easy as can be.
« Make sure new team members have the documents they need to start work (i.e. Working With Children checks, ID)
« Set up new team members in our Learning Management System so they get off to a flying start.
« Generate and issue contracts for our current team members who have secured a role change.
« Manage the offboarding process for those team members leaving the JAG family.
« You’re going to be super busy so need to have great relationships with the JAG team members that are relying on you for speedy processes.
« Share updates with managers and give an early heads up to any new team members who are a bit slow with their onboarding process
« You’ll participate in PC&P team projects to deliver the PC&P initiatives
