With multiple locations around Canberra, this vital Government organisation seeks only the most skilled and professional individuals to assist them in developing programs, policies, and initiatives that will improve the quality of life for Australia’s most vulnerable.

**The Role**
Key responsibilities will include:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements, in collaboration with product and business owners
- Illustrate concepts using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Design wireframes and prototypes both low and high fidelity (mobile and web).
- User research including usability testing.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven Experience in the elicitation of UI/UX requirement techniques
- Contemporary knowledge of UI/UX Methodologies and experience designing to meet WCAG guidelines.
- Proven experience building rapport and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded
