A fantastic opportunity has presented itself at nbn, Australia’s digital backbone, as the Program Governance Manager, reporting to the Deployment Program Manager, G&I Build Delivery Governance.

About the job

The Program Governance Manager will ensure the national deployment plan and allocated new projects or portfolios are executed as expected, manage risks/issues that may be or are impacting the plan and negotiate the required outcomes with various stakeholders. The incumbent will be accountable for the articulation, establishment and governance of allocated programs of work within the Build Delivery Governance team.

The role will have end to end governance accountability and will be responsible for the establishment, monitoring and reporting on program performance against all applicable business targets and approved budgets. For new programs of work this will include framework and process development, change management planning and implementation and stakeholder enablement to facilitate end to end program governance.

A bit about you

You will have demonstrated capabilities in the production of high-quality executive and operational reporting and performance analysis with the ability to present program performance data to senior leaders and executives.

Self-drive and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, strong business acumen, coupled with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities are essential to your success in this role.
