We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Mental Health Disability Support Worker to join our growing team. You will work directly with individuals living with psychosocial and/or intellectual disabilities, providing practical support in daily living, community engagement, and recovery-focused care.

We also seeking caring and dependable Disability Support Workers with experience or interest in dementia care to provide personalised, in-home support to clients. You will play a key role in helping clients maintain their independence, routines, and quality of life within a safe and familiar environment.

To start with, the job has flexible hours starting from 3 hours to a full shift of 8 hours from Monday -Sunday. Salary is negotiable depending on the experience of the disability support worker.

On general basis, we have both long and short Disability support worker shifts according to your suitability and working needs.

Key responsibilities in the role include but not limited to:

- Assistance in ADLs
- Assistance in toileting management, if required
- Assistance in cooking and feeding, if required
- Taking out clients to the community (Shopping centre, park, walks, etc.)
- In case of any incidents, reporting to manager and incident reporting on company website

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Valid certification to work in Disability sector such as: Certificate III in Community services or Disability services, aged care workers, nurses, etc
- NDIS screening ID
- Full Driver Licence
- BLS, CPR, First Aid certificate, WWCC (if the client is under 18yo)
- Experience in Disability services preferred by not mandatory
- Flexibility to work weekdays/weekends, day/night shifts
- Commitment to work as we don't want workers to leave after we provide training.
