We are looking for a casual support worker to join our team to help support one of our clients - 20 year old female. You'd need to help her with community access and personal services. Previous experience in mental health or a community-related role is desirable. You must have Access to a car and a current driver's license (**you will be required to transport clients in your own vehicle**, but you will be reimbursed per kilometre for this).

ABOUT YOU:

- A caring personality with a thorough understanding of services offered and systems to follow.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and de-escalate crises.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Empathy, tact, and patience.

The first few shifts may be hard as you're new to the client. A shadow shift may be organized for you to have more insight of how his day to day routine is.

Support worker must have:

- NDIS Orientation
- Police Check
- Relevant Qualifications
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Passport or Visa
- Australian Driver Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
