About the role
- This Social Work Clinical Lead position is part of The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH) Social Work senior management team. This team takes responsibility for the operational management and strategic planning of departmental core business including human resource management.
- This position reports to the Director of Social Work and this position takes a lead role in the management of a team of Social Workers and Social work assistants in the Child Protection Unit, whilst also providing high level clinical consultation, intervention and service development in the area of complex Domestic and Family Violence experienced by TPCH staff, patients and family members.
- An ability to work collaboratively with other allied health senior clinicians, medical and nursing staff is essential.
