Maxima is looking for an up-and-coming sign maker/installer to join the team of one of their host employers.

Located in the Western Suburbs, our host employer is a long-established, family owned and operated business specialising in the design and manufacturing of signage products. With over 30 years of experience, our host prides themselves on quality workmanship and using high grade machinery to ensure customers are satisfied every time.

No two days will be the same in this role. Develop your skills in all areas of signwriting from the client brief and design stage, through to manufacturing and finally the techniques of installation. Work fulltime and gain industry experience, and study towards a **Certificate III in Signs and Graphics.**

**Duties Include**:

- Assemble digital print and computer cut signage
- Signage removal
- Prepare signage including laminating, trimming, and laying
- Assist with retail tasks including delivery scheduling
- Signage installation of various surfaces
- Operate of industry specific equipment and technology

**About You**:

- Ability to follow directions
- Commitment to providing high quality work
- Strong work ethic; reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn with a can-do attitude
- Thrive working in team environments and autonomously

**Role Requirements**:

- Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Physically fit to undertake manual installation work
- Basic mathematics and computer skills
- Comfortable working at heights e.g. ladders, scaffolds or scissor lifts
- Ability to work after hours (where required)
