**Criteria**
- Industry ink knowledge & proven colour matching experience
- Computer confidence/literate using PCs
- Microsoft suite proficiency especially wi outlook, excel, word & powerpoint
- Year 12 mathematics proficiency
- Strong problem-solving abilities & high attention to detail (essential)
- Exceptional customer service, internal & external (essential)
- Proven ability to build strong positive relationships in a team environment
- Ability to lead and support, encourage & challenge colleagues within & across the business with the intent of achieving improved performance & professional productive relationships
- Confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated with a can-do attitude (essential)
- Excellent communication, presentation & organisational skills

**Responsibilities**
- Manage colour matching processes to ensure inks match formulas & colour match specifications
- Inventory ordering & escalate supply issues
- Manage the Ink Technicians
- Create & manage quality standards & work instructions
- Achieve & review specified targets & timeframes
- Responsibilities to follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Liaise with other depts (sales, customer service, prepress & production) to achieve production efficiencies
- Adhere to WH&S standards
- Excellent quality control and high attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of team
- Communication with all stakeholders to ensure full transparency of the schedules & report any issues
- Complete ink department performance appraisals within scheduled timeframes
- Set rosters & manage annual leave.

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
