**Finance Assistant**
**Greenbushes Lithium Operation**

Residential Full Time Position

**About the Role**

finance team with general accounting tasks (month end processing, reconciliations, capital review

and execution of daily and monthly reporting).

**Responsibilities include**:

- administration and reconciliation of site bank account and credit card transaction accounts;
- management and reporting of petty cash;
- Preparation of the daily management production report;
- Capital project reporting, and assistance with management of;
- Provide finance induction training to new employees; and
- preparation of the monthly executive summary report.
- Certificate IV in bookkeeping or accounting (required); or
- Practical experience in accounting/bookkeeping;
- Experience in spreadsheet modelling at an intermediate level;
- Basic knowledge of commercial accounting systems;
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; and
- Excellent ability to influence others, and communicate across a multi disciplined operations team.
