As the Head of Advisory at We Are Unity, you’ll be leading, inspiring and nurturing our team to develop best-in-class transformation programs; ones that solve meaningful business problems so that our clients can remain productive, relevant and competitive. You’ll also act as a trusted advisor at the Board and the Executive level - helping organisations realise their purpose and vision by identifying the initiatives which enable effective change, drive innovation, improve profitability and grow market share.

Working together with our Solutions, Creative and Data teams, your role will focus on identifying and delivering business improvement through tailored solutions that embed business strategy, elevate brands, and design cultures that drive performance. - Providing clarity, direction, coaching and mentorship to continually maintain the energy and raise the capability of your advisory team
- Acting as a trusted advisor to Boards and C-suite stakeholders
- Nurturing existing client relationships and helping design solutions that have a real, measurable, commercial impact
- Acting as a sponsor on client projects to ensure the team is delivering the greatest impact for the client
- Developing solutions with the wider Agency team to see your ideas come to life - having a very real impact on the lives of our client's employees
- Working collaboratively with every team across the business to ensure we continue allowing our diversity to flourish
- Bringing your enthusiasm to contribute to a team environment, taking an active role in building a positive performance culture.
- Building advocacy for the Brand and the business
- Proactively contributing to strengthening We Are Unity’s thought leadership in the market

**Qualifications**:

- You’re a natural leader who shows a genuine interest in others, not as job titles, but as people.
- You’ll have 10+ years of experience in Management Consulting in holistic business improvement
- An experienced presenter and facilitator to Board and C-suite audience
- Proven track record in transformation strategy development and implementation
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with an ability to build strong authentic relationships
- A strong commercial acumen
- A storyteller at heart
- someone who loves to inspire, influence and engage with others
- A strategic thinker and a real problem solver - someone who knows what to ask and when.
- Resilient, calm under pressure and can operate well with ambiguity and think/act in the moment
- You thrive in a highly diverse and performance-driven environment with enjoyment in giving and receiving feedback
