Insurance Solutions Specialist

**Location**:Sydney, NSW, AU, 2000**Employment Type**:Casual- Put your fingerprints on the future to progress your career
- Casual Position - Minimum 20 hours a week. Monday to Friday between 7am - 6pm
- Location: NSW - Parramatta

**The opportunity to join our team**- While this is a casual role, we ask that you are clear your schedule for your first two weeks of training, so that you can immerse yourself and soak up the knowledge we’ll pass on to you. Post training you would need to be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week, between 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing claims packs for members and coordinating with insurers and trustee services.
- Managing claims processes and client relations, including communication with insurers, clients, and beneficiaries.
- Prioritising member interests and improving insurance outcomes.
- Upholding IFL's purpose of: Understand me, look after me and secure my future.
- Providing compassionate assistance to vulnerable clients.
- Enhancing system capabilities by capturing data and sharing knowledge.
- Monitoring the insurance phone line during designated hours.

**What you will bring**:

- Preferred proven experience in the insurance and superannuation industry, specifically in claims and/or underwriting administration.
- Knowledge of Superannuation & legislation relating to insurance
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Good written and verbal communication skills.**Make your move. Make your mark.**
