As Asahi Beverages’ Australian alcohol business division, we are dedicated to driving growth, profitability, and market leadership in the dynamic beverage industry. We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Strategy - Carlton & United Breweries. Reporting to the Group General Manager of Strategy & Corporate Development, this role will be instrumental in shaping and executing the long-term growth agenda for our Carlton & United Breweries (CUB) business division.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with CUB Leadership Team to develop 5-year strategic plan for business growth and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive market penetration, expand into new categories, and enhance revenue streams.
- Spearhead strategic business cases, analysing options to drive growth and profitability.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
- Provide mentorship, fostering professional development within the team.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to gain support for strategic initiatives and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

**About You**:

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate strategy or management consulting.
- Strong working knowledge of FMCG or Beverage Industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies that drive revenue and market share expansion.
- Curious and strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate market trends, and adapt to changing business environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
