They are expanding their product team and have the need for a Product Manager / Developer who is looking for a succession opportunity. **Snapshot of Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Head of Product, you will manage existing product ranges and product lifecycle and review range assortments.
- You will identify new product opportunities, prioritising NPD and actively seek new sourcing opportunities
- Create channel strategies in line with the broader business strategies and with your colleagues in product and sales
- Develop innovative, strategic products and services that address customers’ current and future wants & needs.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the global industry and competitive landscape.

**You will need**:

- **Product management/development experience in a creative category, preferably in homewares or hardgoods within a wholesale business with strong retail partner relationships**:

- Extensive supplier relationships that are a valued business partnerships ensuring they are aware of the overall business strategy; these relationships are honest and ethical
- You foster trusted internal relationships and collaboration with marketing, sales and design to drive business outcomes and conversion
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on identifying category opportunities and ideally a tertiary business qualification.
- To be able to thrive in an autonomous environment to drive the performance of your portfolio
- Understanding of financials with advanced analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyse data (margins and market share). You are commercial yet creative.
- Exceptional organisational skills; you are able to manage own time effectively.
- To be able to travel internationally and domestically
