We provide individualised person centered supports that help people with disability and/or mental health to meet their goals and become more independent.

**Position Overview**:
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and personalised care to clients in their homes. Your role will involve assisting individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence, and fostering a supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance with personal care, including grooming, hygiene, and mobility.
- Support clients in daily activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and community engagement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with the broader support team to ensure the highest level of care is provided.

**Essential Experience and Requirements**:

- Experience with Mental Health and Developmental disabilities.
- Current driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Blue and Yellow Card.
- Have or be willing to obtain Cert III in Individual Support, or similar.
- NDIS Commission Worker Orientation Module.
- Reliable smartphone with internet access.
- Reliable, responsible attitude towards work and able to commit to regular hours ongoing.
- A genuine desire to provide quality care and enhance the lives of our participants
- Ability to multitask and keep a clean environment

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check/Blue Card (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: On the road
