The job of a Support Worker is to provide high-quality care to all participants under Prydes Support. This includes but is not limited to, providing support to participants with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, understanding and providing appropriate care to participants with low needs to participants with high needs who demonstrate a range of challenging behaviours, assisting with activities relating to daily living, community support, and empowerment, and working under the general guidance from the person seeking support, and their family within clearly defined guidelines.

Multiple locations are available ranging from Caboolture to Logan to Ipswich

Qualifications & experience
- Must have successfully completed a cert III or IV in Disability or equivalent or willing to obtain
- Experience working in the community and disability sector
- Have a current Blue card
- Have a current NDIS Support Worker Check/Yellow card
- CPR & First Aid
- Police check
- Residency documentation
- NDIS Orientation Module
- Must have a valid driver's licence
- Registered and road-worthy car with comprehensive insurance
