**Creative Artworker / Visual Designer** We design businesses and brands for a more human future at the intersection of brand, experience, marketing & technology. As a Creative Artworker/Visual Designer at R/GA you will bring an eye for detail and a passion for craft to everything you touch, delivering beautifully designed work across a range of executions. You thrive on bringing ideas to life through design. You know the rules, but also when (and how) to break them. You extend visual language masterfully, always mindful of both form and function. **The Role** We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Artworker, to work within the Visual Design team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Creative and Design Director to roll out a range of deliverables, within established design systems. You will help bring projects beautifully to life across a range of outputs, including web, social, campaign, presentations and print — always staying true to the established art direction. You're excited to get stuck into a variety of projects, and willing to hit the ground running on anything and everything, from large-scale campaign roll outs to pitch decks - always bringing the highest level of polish. **On any given day you might**: - Execute top quality design work for some of the world's best known clients - Collaborate across disciplines to deliver ground-breaking visual design work - Ensure deliverables meet quality standards throughout all phases of a project, particularly upon delivery - Deliver clear and effective communications to teams/clients - Contribute to agency culture. **The ideal person** - A multi-disciplinary designer, who thrives on crafting award-winning visual design work, for some of the best known brands in the world. - Is a collaborator, who enjoys working closely with the team, and understands the importance of good communication - Has experience working on large-scale campaign roll outs, at pace - Enjoys crafting and polishing decks for pitches and presentations - Has a strong portfolio demonstrating impeccable craft, with an eye for detail and contemporary design - including considered typography and layout. **You bring** - Experience across design, art direction and digital platforms - Formal design qualification - Proficiency in Figma, Google Slides, and Adobe Suite - Intermediate motion design skills are a plus, but not required - Intermediate english skills **Our Values** **Our purpose is to create a more human future.
