Visual Designer

We are looking for a Visual Designer to push the boundaries and play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our products, brand, and digital campaigns, ensuring our visuals remain cutting-edge and impactful for our growing global audience.

- A visionary with a strong sense of aesthetics, capable of crafting bold, innovative, and visually captivating designs that elevate brand identity.
- A creative problem-solver who thrives on understanding user needs and crafting compelling visual experiences.
- A collaborative team player who can communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers and senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in graphic design and able to transform ideas into visually engaging digital products.
- Experienced in balancing design aesthetics with user functionality, ensuring our visual identity resonates across all platforms.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Work as part of the design team crafting digital experiences that impact millions of users, ensuring all user facing touch points align with our brand and the company’s overall vision.
- Collaborate with the Design Systems team to build the next generation UI components for the Freelancer ecosystem.
- Maintain and evolve our brand's visual identity to ensure it stays relevant and competitive in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Production of design prototypes (both low and high fidelity) for demos and stakeholder feedback.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in visual design, with a strong focus on branding, graphic design, and digital design.
- Proven experience in motion design is highly regarded.
- Mastery of typography, colour, and layout principles to create visually harmonious and impactful designs.
- Experience working in digital product design (UX/UI), with the ability to balance aesthetics and functionality.
- Strong skills in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing projects from concept to completion.
- Experience working in an agency environment or on tech-focused branding projects is a plus.
- Amazing digital portfolio showcasing all of the above is a must.
