**Who are we looking for?**
You aspire to contribute to our brand's look and feel - you understand that design is more than creating a pleasant package for communicating information - it’s creating an identity. You will be a skilled graphic designer with a generous complement of passion for developing your career to become more involved in product design over time. You will be:

- Emotionally intelligent - You might have used typography, colour, layout, and photography to help tell a story, or convey an emotion. This is a big part of our mission to empower through education.
- Passionate - for creating exceptional graphic design pieces that capture and convey complex ideas in a digestible form.
- Curious - You will want to understand why something works and how it might work better.
- Analytical - you will be able to wrap your head around the content we produce and enhance its impact through work such as data visualization.
- A phenomenal communicator - As someone who will work with almost everyone in the business, you will be awesome at communicating what you need and what you will do

**What will you be doing?**
- Execute a variety of creative projects. You will share ownership of the look and feel of our content across all distribution channels. This will include, creating visuals to frame our content in all of its forms, including written, video, and audio content, our website, branded experiences for in-person and virtual events, swag, external presentations, branded documentation, and more
- Ideate by working closely with business leaders. You’ll work with content producers, product designers, product managers, and more to shape our creative direction. You’ll contribute ideas and voice your opinions in workshops and collaborative sessions to help drive towards an outcome.

Additional Information
This is a part time role that can be completed flexibly ~21 hours per week
