Senior Visual Designer (12-Month Contract, Sydney)

$132k + Super | Hybrid (3 Days in Office)

We're partnering with a global Fortune 500 SaaS organisation, known for empowering small businesses and entrepreneurs through cutting-edge digital solutions. They're seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join their APAC Brand & Marketing Design team, driving the creative direction and execution of impactful campaigns across digital, social, and event channels.

This 12-month contract is based in Sydney's CBD and offers hybrid working (3 days in office). You'll be part of a design-led culture where creativity, innovation, and collaboration sit at the heart of every project.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and delivery of digital assets across web, social, video, and events
  • Partner with marketing teams to develop creative that drives engagement and lead generation
  • Conceptualise and storyboard campaign ideas, bringing them to life across multiple media
  • Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries and innovation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, digital, and external agencies
  • Provide creative direction and feedback within the design system framework

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years' experience in visual design, art direction, or related fields
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital and print design
  • Applied experience using Figma and familiarity with design systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A balance of conceptual creativity and analytical problem-solving
  • A curiosity for innovation and openness to feedback
