**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce and maintain sporting grounds
- Repair damage, restore the field, regulate pest control, and create a safe space for athletes to play
- Mow, aerate, top dress, irrigate, and fertilize the turf
- Creating a schedule for field use

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Willing to complete a 4-year full-time apprenticeship
- A driver’s licence and own transportation is required
- Genuine interest in the field
