**About the role**
The Turf Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating their team in the day-to-day maintenance of all turf assets within the region. Other key responsibilities include management of defects and machinery/powered equipment, meeting contractual obligations, coordinating sub-contractor works and motivating a team to ensure a high quality of service is always delivered.
**About you**
As the Turf Supervisor you will have strong leadership skills and experience as well as the ability to effectively communicate, mentor and build positive culture within the team. You will be able to manage you own time to optimise work productively, meet tight deadlines and operate efficiently with limited supervision
**_ To be successful in this role you will have:_**
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a large team
- Excellent written, verbal communication and computer skills
- Be competent and confident in motivating staff to achieve and exceed organisational targets
- Tertiary Qualifications in Horticulture or Turf Management (AQF Level 5) as well as a current Driver’s License and Australian Chemical Users Certificate
- High levels of energy
