Job Title: Support Worker – Central Coast NSW

Job Type: Casual / Part-time (ABN or TFN)

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our team on the Central Coast, NSW. In this role, you will be supporting individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives through personalised support that aligns with their goals and care plans.

This is a flexible and rewarding role – ideal if you're looking to build on your existing hours or begin a meaningful career in disability support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to NDIS participants
  • Support participants with daily living tasks, social and community access
  • Follow and implement individual care and behaviour support plans
  • Foster positive, engaging, and meaningful experiences
  • Work independently and collaboratively with team members and families

Key Requirements

  • Certificate III in Disability or relevant industry experience (including mental health or neurodiverse support)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence and insured, reliable vehicle
  • First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, fun, and committed to providing high-quality support
  • Ability to build positive relationships and work both independently and in a team
