In this role, you will be the face of our company, greeting all clients and guests who enter our office. This role will not only include general receptionist duties but also administrative tasks for our property management team.

Your duties in this role will include:
- Opening reception each morning and closing each evening- Greeting all guests and assisting with initial enquires- Answering and managing all in-coming phone calls- Management of incoming and outgoing keys- Bond lodgements- Distribute incoming mail- Order and maintain office supplies including stationary and kitchen supplies such as tea, coffee and fruit- Ensure the kitchen and meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy- General property management admin duties for the team as required- previous admin or reception experience in a real estate agency, accommodation services or similar.- a professional and polished presentation- strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to multi task- experience using Microsoft office including Work and Outlook- an Agents Representative Certificate or full license (not essential but preferred)
