Finance Business Partner For Leading Retail Business - 3 Month Temp To Perm

**The Role**

Reporting to the FP and A manger, your duties will include but not limited to,
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand departmental drivers, holding quarterly meetings to review financial positions and offer insights.
- Coordinate closely with the financial reporting team to ensure the accuracy of the general ledger.
- Budget Consolidations.
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking every six months.
- Generate monthly performance reports for assigned stakeholder groups, proactively identifying and suggesting cost-saving opportunities.
- Address budget deviations with stakeholders, reporting significant variances and proposing resolutions as needed.
- Assist the FP&A Manager with Board Reporting requirements.
- Lead the annual budgeting/forecasting process for assigned stakeholder groups and company-wide travel costs.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed

**Your Profile**
- CA or CPA Qualified with experience in a Finance Business Partnering / Commercial Finance / Management Accounting capacity.
- You have the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, can multitask and can set priorities accordingly.
- You enjoy communicating with financial and non-financial stakeholders and have the talent to influence and build relationships.
- You enjoy presenting commercial and financial outcomes to senior financial and operational stakeholders.
- You have an analytical mind and are a natural talent in understanding the story behind the numbers as well as anticipating what is to come.
- You thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyse large, complex data sets and highlight key business insights to business partners.
- A willingness to be hands-on.
