Our Property Asset Management team work at the heart of buildings, also ensuring the building is safe, clean and everything is in good working order. However, our true value add for our clients is putting our customers first and creating places that people want to be.
**What this job involves**:
This fantastic opportunity is available for an Administration Assistant to join JLL and support the Property and Asset Management team. This role is key in ensuring the administrative needs of the team are met and the team is running smoothly.

**Key responsibilities**:
Coordinate production of presentations, information memoranda and submissions
Upkeep of all property management databases
Preparation for meetings
Routine administrative tasks
Assist with new staff onboarding and staff departures
Financial management tasks
Support retail leasing agents with proposals, marketing and documentation
Provide back up support for other departments
Organise travel
So what are we looking for?
Solid experience in an administrative based role.
Property experience is advantageous.
Preferably some marketing experience.
Ability to deal with multiple tasks and work towards and achieve tight deadlines.
Able to work autonomously and make sound decisions when required.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs in particular Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
