You will need to have strong computer skills/knowledge, be organised, have the ability to multi task and think for yourself, but most importantly you must have a passion for customer service.

**Duties will include**:

- Scheduling vehicle deliveries with Clients and preparing Deal Packs
- Managing client relationships and updating FMO’s
- Quoting & Invoicing
- Assisting with Queries
- Coordinating contracts

You will be a very important part of a team that works closely together to achieve a great result and outstanding customer service.

Prior experience in automotive roles will be highly regarded however, individuals that are passionate or who have a customer service background are more than welcomed.

You will ideally possess:

- Good time management and ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Must be motivated and driven.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to perform in high pressure environments.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Have a valid Motor Vehicle Manual Licence
