Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing the Front Desk, Concierge, Executive Lounge and Guest Services department and maintain partnership with other areas of the hotel.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the busy operation by fostering a team that is engaged and consistently strives to deliver a superior level of guest service.

**Key Requirements**:

- Leadership excellence ability to lead, motivate and develop the Front Office team to reach their potential
- Effective time management skills with a high attention to detail
- Demonstrated financial acumen, especially in managing department costs

**About you**:

- Minimum 3 years Front Office Hotel management experience
- OPERA experience
- Managerial experience in leading a team
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Full working rights in Australia essential to be considered for the role
