About the role
This position is based within our client site, providing the full provision of services including Print production and the preparation and distribution of print work. If you enjoy solving problems and exceeding client expectations, this role will be perfect for you. This role is multifaceted with the role needing to be customer centric and supporting the day-to-day functions within the print centre. This role will suit someone who enjoys working in different locations on a weekly basis depended on our client needs.

**Requirements**:

- Support the day-to-day functions of the print centre including (but not limited to) front of counter, mail-outs, ordering of consumables
- Direct contact with external suppliers of third-party print and marketing related items
- Support the delivery requirements including internal (within campus) as well as external (utilising offsite services with courier and postal services)
- Ensuring high quality internal and external documents are produced in the Print Room
- Utilising online job submissions for processes of all jobs and promoting Web to Print throughout client site
- Print room production and document composition duties
- Providing functionality within the Print Room for scanning services to convert head copy documentation into electronic documentation
- Providing offline finishing binding, scoring, and laminating
- Monitoring of all jobs from creation through to delivery to client
- Reviewing and submitting monthly finance reports to client
- Excellent client management and trouble shooting skills
- Flexible, willing to assist, comfortable to meet deadlines in line with SLA’s
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
- Ability to work well in a team environment, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiar with KM Production equipment and HP Wide Format devices will be very highly regarded.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end production workflow
- Proven experience as a print room operator
- Current working with children check
