360HR Solutions supports some of Australia’s leading heavy industrial engineering, manufacturing and construction companies, with high-performing project delivery personnel. Australia’s leading steelmaker, globally recognised brand and a technology leader in the steel manufacturing industry, is underway on a NSW state significant capital project, but securing Australia’s sovereign capability of iron and steel making for the next 20 years.

We are searching for a highly experience Construction Manager to lead the construction through the execution phase and input at feasibility phase to the design and constructability of this complex and critical major capital asset.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
- **_Safety and Environment Leadership_**.
- **_Delivery_**:

- Ensure performance against the project schedule and construction budget.

Safe systems, standards and practices for the construction work site.
- **_Contribute to the Design Process_**- Review the development of engineering designs to ensure constructability.
- **_Management of Project Construction _**- Ensure the construction aspects of the Scope of Works for the project.

Establish and maintain systems to manage and evaluate Scope of Works and plant modifications.
- **_Team Management - _**Provide and Manage a Construction team to deliver the project goals and governance of the whole project.
- **_Project Control and Procurement _**- Estimation, cost control, tendering, planning and contract administration.
- **_Oversight of Construction_**:

- Ensure design information for construction team and provide technical and contractual support.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Tertiary qualified in a relevant disciple.
- 15 years minimum experience in heavy industry construction environment.
- Experience in successful delivery of large brownfield construction projects.
- Tendering, estimating planning, contracting, forecasting and cost management.
- Commitment to safety, environment, and the community.
