Drayton Medical Centre is looking for a new member for our team, someone who is devoted to excellence in customer service, and can work efficiently and accurately under pressure. The position involves working closely with other colleagues sharing your workstation and all duties. We require the successful applicant to present in a professional manner and have good verbal and communication skills. The successful applicant will have proven experience in customer service, good telephone etiquette, sound keyboard and money management skills. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and passionate about being a team player. We ask that you include referees on your resume. The successful applicant must have the following attributes:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Great time management skills
- The ability to multi-task
- Have great attention to detail
- Previous experience in medical reception
- High level of confidentiality and professional ethics
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Best Practice software would be advantageous

- Afternoon shift

- Evening shift

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
