Our Medical Imaging team based in Toowoomba are on the lookout for a **Full Time Medical Receptionist**to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. Lumus Imaging provides a wide range of radiologyservices to patients including X Rays, CT Scan’s and Ultrasounds.

This position is responsible for managing both in person and phone/computer based service to patients and practitioners, being able to multitask and provide high attention to detail is essential.
Working hours will be **across 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, 38 hours a week.**

**You will be responsible for all reception duties including**:

- Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
- Make radiology exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
- Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
- Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
