The Connected Care program brings together teams from across Bupa. They’re on a mission to create and deliver personalised healthcare through seamless digital and in-person care, with the goal of making life easier for our customers.
The Communications and Engagement Lead will develop, lead and execute the Connected Care internal communications strategy and develop and implement an engagement strategy focusing on both internal and external stakeholder groups.
**How will I help?**
- Advise, develop, and execute a clear internal communications strategy for Connected Care.
- Expertly manage the development of detailed communications plans, including the creation of strategic, effective and high-quality communications materials for a variety of audiences.
- Working within Agile frameworks and delivery, develop communications aligned to the flow of delivery enabling teams.
- Establish and manage the central artefacts required to support the Connected Care team and ensure delivery of consistent messages to all audiences.
- Lead the planning and design of engagement activities to bring everyone on the program, stakeholders, and the broader organisation along on the journey.
- Work proactively with our Asia Pacific Corporate Affairs team to ensure Connected Care messaging is leveraged and amplified across Asia Pacific and Group, where appropriate.
- Lead and execute on communications activities for the Connected Care program team, such as ‘all hands’ meetings, newsletters, events and celebrations.
- Work with the People team to drive culture and engagement for the Connected Care team.
- Scope the role of, and establish, the Clinical Advisory Board working in partnership with Corporate Affairs, Risk and the Director of Connected Care.
- Support coordination of external communications (working closely with the Asia Pacific Corporate Affairs team) as it relates to Connected Care milestones.
- Lead the planning and logistics for key Connected Care events internally and externally to create excitement and engagement for internal colleagues and external stakeholders.

**What do I need?**
- Tertiary qualification in a Business, Communications, Organisational Development, HR, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated corporate affairs and internal communications experience within a large corporate matrix business.
- Experience and confidence working to Agile delivery frameworks.
- Demonstrated communication and engagement skills, and the ability to build engaging, authentic, and simple messages and content that cuts through.
- As a proactive and trusted advisor, you will have strong relationship building, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
- An ability to thrive and excel in an ever-changing transformative environment.
