**Description**:
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Service/Despatch Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our Customer sales order processing, production scheduling, despatch coordination, and administrative tasks.
This is a permanent, part-time position located in our Larapinta Brisbane Branch, QLD. This role is centrally located and supports the Civilmart Wodonga Poles Branch in Queensland.
**Your Role & Responsibilities**:

- Sales Administration: Process orders, prepare documentation, update schedules, and manage accounts.
- Customer Service: regular and constant communication with the customer, qualify delivery expectations, timing and product specification
- Despatch Coordination: Schedule deliveries, prepare paperwork, and track logistics.
- Tag Management: Create and manage production tags for order traceability.
- Reporting & Tracking: Prepare reports, maintain records, and update logistics schedules.

- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Experience in administrative roles, particularly in sales or logistics, is highly regarded.

**What we are looking for**:

- Qualifications in Business Administration are favourable but not mandatory
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration based role.
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.
- Desirable to have experience in Sales or Customer Relationship Management
- Experience in the building/construction industry (or related - manufacture/supply-chain)
