**Your Next Role**
This opportunity for a motivated Despatch Coordinator is located at our Port of Brisbane Warehouse. Where you will coordinate the timely and efficient delivery of our customer’s products safely and within the appropriate timeframes as per the schedule.
- All our people go home in the same condition they came to work, safety before production.
- Teams are engaged, have the tools to do their job, and have the confidence and ability to affect change.
- Transportation of product (road/ship) is coordinated, loaded correctly with associated documentation and exited in line with the schedule and planning requirements.
- Continuous improvement of despatch systems and processes are identified and implemented to achieve optimal performance of the area.
- Our customers’ orders are delivered in full and on time.
- Team members know what is expected of them and are provided opportunity for development and future challenges.
- All tasks are performed to the defined standard.
**About you**
- Qualifications or substantial experience in logistics or warehousing or transportation coordination.
- Experience in lean manufacturing, or JIT (Just In Time) advantageous.
- Forklift ticket is essential as well as experience operating a forklift.
- Demonstrated experience in service delivery, planning and customer relations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a minimum of three of the above key outcomes.
