Overview

Role
- Lead a team of people responsible for day-to-day production configuration project changes to ensure customers are setup for success
- Provides guidance to address and resolve complex and technical implementation and configuration issues while minimizing customer disruption
- Develop process improvement project roadmaps and outlines associated timing and cost, identifies and communicates potential risks with more senior team members
- Drive process improvement efforts and initiatives associated with optimization of resources and customer configuration project delivery
- Manages a team, conducts goal setting and performance appraisal processes, mentors and coaches team members to ensure success of the team, department, and company
