**The Company**:
Our client provide new home-building services for individuals with specific needs and circumstances that are often outside the scope of many high-volume home builders. They specialise in building custom new homes for customers on their land, as well as catering for those who are looking for home and land packages.

Already well established in their field, our client are looking at growing the business further and are looking for motivated professionals to join them on ths journey.

**Your New Role**:

- You will be required to look after 12-15 projects at any one time
- Supervise all work onsite from start through to handover of the project
- Ensure quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines
- Manage & negotiate with sub-contractors, while coordinating their presence on site
- Liaise closely with the main stakeholders - contract administration / Operations & End-Client when needed

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- 3 + years experience as a site supervisor working on residential projects.
- Act as a mentor to the trades on-site and be open to trade allocation;
- Sound knowledge of custom building workflow practices;
- Passion for architecture and quality building;
- Understanding and basement delivery (ideal)
