**Programmed Skilled Workforce** are currently seeking confident and enthusiastic **Forklift Operators** to join our clients located in Geelong Region.

As a **Forklift Driver**, you'll play a crucial role in our client’s operations. You'll operate forklifts and engage in manual handling tasks, working collaboratively within dynamic warehousing team. We are hiring for both day and afternoon shifts, each with its unique compensation.

You will be self-motivated, enjoy the day-to-day challenges of a fast-paced environment.

Our **Forklift Operators** are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a forklift for the purposes of loading and unloading vehicles and moving pallets to and from warehouse areas.

**Key responsibilities** for this role will include, but not be limited to:

- Undertake safe and effective loading, unloading, movement, restraint and storage of pallets as required.
- Take additional care of pallets to ensure there are no damages.
- Always check load restraint, packaging and the condition of pallets before it travels.
- Report all damages to pallets or forklift to your supervisor immediately.
- Ensure all pallet paperwork and Dangerous Goods paperwork is checked and completed accurately.
- Ensure that that there are no Dangerous Goods compatibility issues when loading and unloading.
- A valid forklift license **(LF** and **LO**)
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Experience with forklift task management systems/RF units
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse.
- Inventory Management
- Ability to follow directions and work safely.
- Ability to undertake a Pre
- Employment Medical, Drug & Alcohol screen and Police check.
