We’re on the hunt for a New Product Development Coordinator to bring creative and operational expertise to our menu innovation team. This is an exciting new role that reports directly into our Head of Menu
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
Bringing New Menu items to life - Assist in the development, testing, and operationalization of new Grill’d food and beverage concepts, working closely with the Head of Menu and Operations Excellence Team.
Support with trial management - Coordinate product trials, collect feedback, analyze performance, and provide quality control reporting for three months post-launch.
Creative execution - Support the rollout of new products, including documentation, and launch planning. Work on product photoshoots, social media collaborations, and PR events.
Research & development - Investigate ways to improve existing menu items leveraging feedback, TikTok trends, and industry insights.
Data & compliance management - Track compliance and report on implementation success, using tools like CrunchTime and Power BI.
Collaboration & training - Work hand-in-hand with Trade Operations, and our Restaurants to ensure seamless product integration.
**What makes you the ideal fit?**
✔️ Hospitality or Food Industry background - You understand the fast-paced operations of QSR, casual dining, or food product development.
✔️ Passion & Creativity - You love food, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy experimenting with flavours, textures, and new ideas.
✔️ Project & Compliance skills - Experience with menu development, stock control, compliance tracking, and food safety standards.
✔️ Tech-Savvy - Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI to track and present research.
✔️ Strong Communication & Organisational skills - Able to manage multiple projects, liaise with suppliers, and marketing teams, and support with creation of training resources.
✔️ Self-Starter - You can work independently and manage timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
