We are seeking a **Digital Content & Localization Specialist** to lead our multilingual content strategy, digital asset development, and localization workflows for international markets — with a focus on Arabic and English content.

**Role Responsibilities**

**Content Localization & Translation**
- Translate and adapt web, marketing, and guest communication content (English ↔ Arabic)
- Localize digital campaigns, landing pages, sales funnels, and video scripts
- Conduct cultural adaptation of UX and UI content for diverse customer segments

**Digital Asset Creation**
- Design branded visuals using Canva and Adobe tools for use in social media and digital ads
- Assist with short-form video editing for Instagram, TikTok, and Airbnb listings
- Support WordPress content builds and multilingual publishing workflows

**SEO & UX Optimization**
- Optimize localized content for search engines and user experience
- Collaborate with the marketing and design team to implement CRO and performance strategies

**Project Coordination**
- Liaise between creative, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand language
- Build glossaries, style guides, and localization frameworks

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years professional experience in content localization, digital content creation, or multimedia design
- Proven background in Arabic-English translation or localization
- Strong working knowledge of **Canva**, **WordPress**, and **SEO best practices**:

- Familiarity with **CAT tools** (Trados, MemoQ, Wordfast) and localization platforms (Smartling)
- Basic video editing or visual storytelling skills preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

**Highly Desirable**
- NAATI certification (English-Arabic)
- Experience with Airbnb or property rental platforms
- Multilingual abilities: Arabic (native), English (fluent), French (bonus)
