**As a Tax account, you will be an integral part of a boutique style chartered accounting firm and reporting to the Director.**

- **Manage tax return for individuals, trusts, partnerships and companies**:
- Collaborate with clients to identify tax-saving opportunities and develop effective tax planning strategies
- **Resolving client queries**:
- Prepare taxation returns, reports and handle disputes with taxation authorities
- **Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain a companies tax database**:
- Prepare business activity statements (BAS’s) and instalment activity statements (IAS’s)
- **Prepare all kind of financial statements, including depreciation schedules**:
- Process self-managed super funds (SMSF)
- **Find tax solutions to complicated tax issues or errors from incorrect tax filings**:
- Keep updated in individual and company tax laws
- Meet with clients through conference calls or on site
- **Advise the team members of relevant changes to laws and provide guidance**:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and supporting documentation for tax audits
- **Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide recommendations on adjustments to clients strategies**:
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding tax-related matters
**Your Skills & Experience**
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field
- CPA or CA qualified
- At least 3 years' experience as a tax account, including advisory
- Ability to communicate your research and assessments to clients
- Happy individual, team player with efficiencies and highly motivated
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
