A subsidiary of the Foresight Group, Infra Asset Management (IAM) provides asset management to Foresight’s diverse portfolio of assets in Australia. Its team is a mixture of operations & maintenance (O&M), engineering, development, and corporate services.

**About the Role**

With a core focus on wind farm and hydro plant assets located across NSW, SA & VIC, the HSE Manager will:

- Be highly visible at operational sites in leading the operational safety, health and environmental function for IAM.
- Provide expert and relevant safety advice and support employees and people leaders on strategies to embed best practice health and safety management, hazard management, incident reporting and investigation.
- Conduct regular effective safety and environmental auditing across the business.
- Responsible for leading and/or supporting incident investigations, including monitoring and reporting to ensure a consistent approach is applied across the country and escalation processes are adhered to.
- Build and maintain a trusted partnership and coaching relationship with senior leaders to drive the implementation of safety initiatives and strategies.
- Provide insight and analysis on safety data and metrics for IAM

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in WHS or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in an Operational HSE role within high-risk or related industries.
- Strong presence and personal brand; ability to engage an audience and communicate the safety strategy.
- The ability to analyse the current state of situations and introduce a cycle of continuous improvement.
- Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience in the interpretation of safety legislation, policies and procedures.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts in a simple way.
- Proven track record of delivering on safety initiatives that have a real impact.
- Ability to work autonomously with limited direction.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about HSE and renewables.
