As Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading a high-performing team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering memorable moments for every guest.

**Experience & Skills**:

- **Proven Leadership**: Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role in a fast-paced, premium dining or events venue.

- **Guest-Centric Approach**: A genuine passion for creating extraordinary experiences and fostering connections with guests.
- **Operational Excellence**: Strong knowledge of venue operations, including rostering, inventory management, and service delivery.

- **Business Acumen**: A solid understanding of financial performance, KPIs, and profitability drivers.
- **Communication Mastery**: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
