Our client, a boutique Wealth Management and Corporate Advisory Group is seeking an enthusiastic Desk Assistant to join their growing business.

In this role you will be supporting a team of Advisers who provide full-service stockbroking, superannuation, funds management, fixed interest services to their clients. The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Handle all day to day correspondence for clients
  • Assisting with client settlements & corporate actions
  • Market related tasks - provide accurate market information & research to clients
  • Order execution
  • Build tight rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proactively executing administrative tasks for clients and Advisers
  • Maintain and update all client files

To be considered for this role you will:

  • RG146 compliant is desirable
  • Have superior communication skills - written and verbal
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines with flexibility
  • Be able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
