Bar Supervisor

The Swan Hotel in Richmond is looking for a new supervisor to join our team.

For those who don't know - The Swan is a Richmond staple, reasonably chilled throughout the week, with Parma/Triva on Wednesdays and Steak night on Thursdays.

Friday/Saturday are a bit more exciting, with live sport all day and DJ's all night.

Some of the duties included in this role are:
Open Shifts - Setting up the venue, running lunch service and prepping for next service.

Close shifts - Supervising through peak periods, ensuring bars remain stocked and bartenders are where they need to be.

Daily reporting - EON inc. any damage, incidents or issues

General venue presentation and Cleanliness - Ensuring that the venue is always looking its best, clearing glasses/plates where neccesary and cleaning up spills etc.

Somewhat flexible with hours, ideally looking for someone to fill 30-38p/w.
Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are essential. Casual awards apply

**Salary**: $28.00 - $60.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
