**How will I help?**
Reporting to and working collaboratively with the Executive Manager, Compliance Incidents you will be responsible for providing dedicated compliance support in relation to the compliance assessment and breach reporting process across Westpac, specifically to:

- Undertake compliance assessments and make breach determinations against a wide cross section of matters impacting a range of potentially reportable areas of obligation.
- Monitor compliance assessments (including timeliness), including the status of compliance assessments, investigation reports and breach reports.
- Contribute to the provision of insights/oversight to the Divisional Compliance teams and relevant business units.

Assist the Executive Manager with team operational activities as required.

**What do I need?**

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with experience at in compliance, operational risk, assurance, legal, remediation, customer complaints or case management. A Strong and current understanding of consumer/retail and business banking products and associated compliance requirements is ideal but not essential.
